First, find your name in the pull down menu and then type your full email address. Then, you will need your UCDHSC Employee ID and the ZIP code where your W2 tax form is sent --both on your W2. You can also get this information from the Payroll Liaison in your department. If you need the contact information for your department, visit the Online Directory Search.

If your name isn’t in the pull down menu, you will need to contact the person from your college responsible for managing courses in the SIS system. If you are unaware of whom to contact, please call the Registrar's Office at 303-556-2389.
