Have a profile/instructor bio

You can set your search results to include only courses that have information in addition to the official Course Catalog description. Instructors have the opportunity to provide additional information about the course and themselves by creating a "Course Profile" and "Instructor Bio". These may include instructor comments about the course, learning objectives, required books, sample syllabus, instructor's background and research interest.

Fulfill a Core requirement

You can set your search results to include only courses that fulfill a campus core curriculum requirement. The campus core curriculum requirements spill into the core requirements for all undergraduate colleges at UCDHSC. (e.g. College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Business School, etc.) These requirements pull from many academic disciplines (like English composition, mathematics, foreign language, etc.) To be sure that a course fulfills a requirement for your college, speak with an advisor from your college.

Fit into my Plan

You can easily set your search results to avoid times you have allotted for other personal events (e.g., work, yoga etc.). When you select this search option, your results are filtered by courses that fit between the other events already in your schedule. To use this search, you must have indicated times that you cannot attend class in your personal event schedule.
